Job Requisition ID # 26WD95853 Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead Program Manager who will be a key player in our Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the excellence of enterprise-wide GTM processes, define policies, enhance visibility on performance, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will lead complex and impactful programs aimed at optimizing revenue generation throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from demand generation through renewal and expansion, ensuring sustainable processes, measurable outcomes, and effective adoption. Responsibilities • GTM Process & Operating Frameworks: • Design, standardize, and govern essential GTM processes and policies such as lead management, pipeline lifecycle, renewals, and expansion. • Define ownership, handoffs, stage criteria, and accountability models for key revenue operations. • Identify execution gaps and initiate scalable, cross-functional enhancements. • Provide clear documentation, playbooks, and operating frameworks for GTM processes. • Program Leadership & Execution: • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of programs: scoping, roadmapping, defining milestones, risk management, and execution. • Manage dependencies across functions and ensure alignment among senior stakeholders. • Deliver structured executive updates, decision briefs, and measurable success metrics. • Performance Management & Systems Alignment: • Define target metrics for process and tools adoption while driving targeted actions. • Partner with Operations and Technology teams to align systems and workflows to designed processes. • Establish standardized GTM metrics and reporting frameworks aligned to processes, including conversion rates, pipeline health, deal velocity, and renewals. Minimum Qualifications • 8-10 years of experience in Program Management, GTM/Revenue Operations, or Strategy roles. • In-depth business knowledge across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions with a focus on processes and systems. • Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale initiatives that drive revenue growth. • Strong program management skills, including road mapping, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and change management. • Experience influencing Director and VP-level stakeholders. • Excellent analytical skills with familiarity in CRM-based GTM environments, preferably Salesforce. • Outstanding executive communication and documentation capabilities. For U.S.-based roles, starting base salaries range from $102,000 to $182,710. Compensation considerations include experience level and geographic location, and offers may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package includes annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a wide array of benefits.
