As a Temporary Sr. TA Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional clinical talent across multiple regions. • The expectation is this will be at least a temporary three (3) month assignment. What You’ll Do • Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting – Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles (Behavior Analysts, Program Managers, and Ancillary Medical positions) across multiple states. • Partner with Leaders – Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to anticipate hiring needs, define success profiles, and build proactive staffing plans. • Strategize & Advise – Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, compensation data, and creative sourcing strategies to influence hiring decisions. • Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience – Create positive, transparent, and timely candidate interactions from first contact through offer acceptance. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with HR, Credentialing, Clinical Operations, and Client Services to align staffing with regional growth and client onboarding timelines. • Ensure Compliance & Accuracy – Maintain compliance with EEO, pay transparency, and licensure requirements while keeping the ATS (Paradox) organized and up-to-date. • Build for the Future – Develop and nurture talent pipelines for upcoming roles and provide weekly recruiting metrics and progress reports to leadership. • Represent ALP with Pride – Attend hiring events, conferences, and professional gatherings as a brand ambassador for one of the nation’s leading ABA providers. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience (preferably in healthcare or behavioral health); prior in-house recruiting experience strongly preferred. • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required. • Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills; creative sourcing and problem-solving mindset. • Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc), and ATS systems (we use Paradox!). • Mindset: Collaborative, data-driven, and adaptable — with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge: Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or autism services is a plus.
