About the Role We are seeking a results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across the automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities to deliver value, and closing deals that bring our cutting-edge software and data integration solutions to market. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align customer needs with our technology roadmap, ensuring our solutions help clients modernize operations, optimize performance, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving industry. What You’ll Do • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the automotive ecosystem, including OEMs, suppliers, dealers, and service providers • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and close • Collaborate with internal product and leadership teams to shape solution offerings, tailor proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction • Present and position software and data integration solutions to demonstrate clear ROI and value for clients • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand reach and visibility (with travel as required) • Log, track, and manage sales activities in Salesforce, maintaining accurate, detailed records of each pursuit and opportunity to ensure transparency and forecasting accuracy What We’re Looking For • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the automotive industry • Proven track record of selling software and/or data integration solutions into automotive organizations • Strong network and established relationships with decision-makers across OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and related sectors • Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline development, and closing complex deals • Familiarity with long sales cycles and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative approach • High degree of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Why Join Us Fully remote role with flexibility and autonomy Direct impact on growth in a fast-evolving industry where technology and data are transforming the landscape Opportunity to represent innovative software and data integration solutions that solve real challenges for automotive companies Collaborative, supportive, and innovative culture where your voice matters Competitive compensation package including base salary, commission, and growth incentives We offer a full suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision along with paid holidays, time off for volunteering, wellness activities, and your birthday!
