This is a remote position. We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Records Administrative Assistant to manage digital records and support records management processes in a virtual office environment. The ideal candidate will maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance while supporting cross-functional teams. Records Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and safeguarding company records in a secure virtual environment. This role ensures the accuracy, accessibility, and compliance of digital records while supporting administrative operations across departments.
