We're Hiring: Contact Center Sales Executive at Aureon Are you driven to help organizations enhance their customer experience through cutting-edge contact center solutions? Aureon is seeking a Contact Center Sales Executive to join our team and lead the charge in growing our client base through strategic sales and relationship-building. About the Role: As a Contact Center Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for representing Aureon’s Contact Center Solutions with professionalism and deep industry knowledge. You’ll identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving customer service needs. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities focused on contact center services • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients • Deliver customized sales presentations and proposals that highlight Aureon’s contact center capabilities • Represent Aureon at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue and client acquisition goals • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success • Provide regular reporting on sales activity, meetings, proposals, and closed deals Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of sales and account management experience in the contact center or a related industry • Proven ability to manage client relationships through verbal, written, and in-person communication • Strong knowledge of contact center products, services, and industry trends • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Preferred Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools • Valid driver’s license (some travel required to client sites, trade shows, and the West Des Moines office) Why Aureon?
