Overview We are seeking a Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in guiding potential customers through Augusta’s educational process while supporting our sales team. The ideal candidate will be confident, personable, and passionate about helping people understand precious metals investment options in a clear and educational manner. Responsibilities • Focus on creating positive customer experiences, building trust, and ensuring smooth transitions through each state of a customer journey. • Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the sales and customer success teams to ensure overall efficiency and success. • Collaborate with sales and client services teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers. • Support clients through zoom conferences by educating them on IRA options, and portfolio diversification. • Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with clients. Skills • Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients. • Familiarity with IRA/401(k) processes preferred • Strong typing skills for effective data entry and documentation purposes. • Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and improve service offerings. • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team • Follow up on warm leads to ensure timely communication • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team • Follow up with leads who have shown interest • Maintain a professional and positive tone in all customer interactions.
