Job description On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Client Growth and Strategy Lead/Coach to partner closely with VP, SVP and C-suite level leaders at our Fortune 500 client organizations. In this role, you will have 2 critical objectives: • Serve as an implementation partner; helping our clients leverage our program to land rapid skip-level promotions internally or externally. • Contribute measurably to the financial growth of our company by leveraging renewals, referrals, etc This is a key role in achieving our mission of catapulting leaders to the C-Suite so they can have maximum impact, income and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities • Business Growth: Success in this role is measured in achieving expected levels of client results, client renewals, client ascension / upsells, client referrals, and client reactivations in a way that grows our company organically. • Program Mastery: You are expected to master all elements of our program - Approximately 50 training modules, program templates and tools, program logistics, client journey, etc. • Client Program Application: You are expected to use your knowledge of our program to help clients take action and stay on track with the actions required per their program track and desired timelines. • Coaching for Execution and Behavior Change : Leverage a deep understanding of human behavior, mindset, and resistance patterns to guide clients through challenges. Use powerful, disruptive questions and non-performative accountability to shift client thinking and spark forward action. Normalize discomfort and momentum as part of the leadership journey. • Client Communication and Relationship Management: Build and maintain authentic, professional rapport with a high volume of clients (up to 100+), across multiple channels (1:1 Zoom, Voxer, group sessions). Track and recall key milestones, challenges, and wins for each client using our internal systems. • Data-Driven Client Oversight: Maintain and update client progress trackers to surface Red/Yellow/Green client status. Identify trends in client performance and make recommendations to improve results across the portfolio. • Client Advocacy and Insight Loop: Act as the voice of the client inside the business; escalating insights, patterns, or recurring objections to the leadership team. Help continuously evolve the program by spotting opportunities to improve client experience or remove friction. • Operational Excellence: Maintain exceptional attention to detail in follow-through, documentation, and workflow hygiene. Contribute to systems-building and internal process improvement as needed. • Document reviews: Complete document reviews for your clients - resumes, executive presentations, etc in line with our formats. You are unintimidated and are able to have a peer-to-peer, “non-fluffy” conversation that adds tangible value for them. • Critical thinker - Strategically synthesizes complex seemingly unrelated information to uncover hidden patterns and opportunities. • Strong executive presence - For us this means: On-camera business attire, gravitas, polished communicator and emotionally intelligent • Detail Oriented and Data Savvy - Know your data and KPIs inside and out • Tech / Systems Savvy - Know your way around Excel functions, Clickup, CRMs, and can intuitively navigate most systems Qualifications • Experience: At least 5 years of Consulting, Client Success in High Ticket B2C or Executive Coaching; and 7 years of corporate or business experience. • Business Acumen: Proven track record of delivering 2-10X growth in your domain. • Demonstrable experience with corporate / executive clients • Track record of building successful client success programs end-to-end Preferred Attributes • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience within a fast-paced, high-growth organization. • Experience within high ticket coaching and HR/Recruiting preferred. This role is a 100% remote; 1099 (contractor) w/opportunity to convert to a W2 Our office hours are generally Monday - Friday from 9AM - 6:00PM Central time Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
