The role: As an Associate in Augment Risk’s MGA & Program Solutions team, you will support the structuring, placement, and delivery of MGA and program transactions across the US market. This is a hands-on role for professionals with early experience in program, carrier, or reinsurance environments who are ready to learn within a fast-paced, integrated platform. Responsibilities: • Transaction Support: Assist with the placement of program and MGA structures, preparing submission materials, data packs, and deal documentation. • Analytics and Insight: Contribute to the financial and structural analysis of programs, working closely with our Analytics team to help evaluate carrier participation, fronting structures, and reinsurance alignment. • Market Coordination: Manage communications with program administrators, fronting carriers, reinsurers, and investors during live transactions. • Execution Management: Track deal timelines, deliverables, and renewals, ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders. • Research and Market Intelligence: Maintain visibility on market participants, program trends, and new entrants to help inform origination strategies. • Team Collaboration: Work across Augment’s integrated platform to support projects involving structured reinsurance, ILS, parametric, captive or legacy elements. Experience: • 2–5 years of experience in the MGA, program, or reinsurance sector (broker, carrier, or fronting). • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail across commercial and technical workstreams. • Familiarity with program business models, reinsurance mechanics, and capital structures. • Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning from senior colleagues and market partners. • Entrepreneurial energy and ambition to grow within a high-performance team redefining program and capital solutions.
