We are currently hiring a Full-time, Janitorial Account Team Lead for our accounts in Royal Oak, MI. Schedule: (40 Hours per week) • Sunday 6pm-10pm; Monday-Wednesday 5pm-1am; Thursday-Friday 5pm-11pm Pay: $16 per hour Benefits • Health Insurance • Paid Sick Leave • Employee Assistance Program Key Responsibilities: • Clean and maintain designated buildings • Complete deep cleanings • Inspections of buildings • Report to Operations Management any issues • Person(s) must be able to take care of assigned buildings and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties: Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, sanitizing, etc) Skills and Qualifications: • Commercial cleaning experience with knowledge of janitorial practices and procedures • Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and safe chemical handling • Ability to lift, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for long periods • Strong communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members and supervisors • High level of integrity, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team • Must pass a standard background check and have reliable transportation Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee assistance program • Opportunities for advancement • Paid time off Shift availability: • Night Shift (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Royal Oak, MI 48073: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
