Job Description: • Design data-driven plans to boost customer acquisition and demand generation initiatives, identifying new market opportunities and aligning with business goals. • Leverage tools like Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to track KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns via A/B testing. • Leverage AI for marketing efficiencies, further advance Augeo’s storytelling, and mentor a team to foster innovation and agility. • Oversee end-to-end campaigns across email, social media, PPC, and organic channels, ensuring personalized messaging and brand alignment. • Test new channels and tactics (e.g., viral loops, AI-driven ads) to stay ahead of trends; foster a culture of innovation and creativity across the team. • Allocate marketing budgets cost-effectively, negotiate with vendors, and forecast outcomes using financial models. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine positioning and amplify reach through industry partnerships, partnering closely with Augeo’s executive team to ensure alignment. • Streamline processes with AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, personalize experiences, and drive data-informed decisions. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in marketing strategy, demand generation, and team building, with a proven track record of driving growth in a B2B environment. • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Organizational Leadership or equivalent experience; MBA preferred. • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and experience with AI-driven marketing technologies. • Strong ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. • Expertise in developing data-driven growth strategies and translating insights into actionable plans. • Exceptional storytelling, communication and messaging skills to align internal and external stakeholders with brand vision. • Passion for experimentation and staying at the forefront of marketing trends and technologies.
