Job Description: • Own and manage post-sale implementation programs, ensuring successful delivery and customer outcomes • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, including time-to-value, implementation success rate, adoption metrics, and defect rates • Define, implement, and continuously improve post-sale program management processes, workflows, and playbooks. • Drive automation, process standardization, and operational improvements across post-sale programs • Ensure comprehensive QA and testing processes for customer-facing deliverables • Manage complex programs and multiple customer projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and resources • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and customer escalations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align implementation objectives with customer success and product strategy • Manage and coach a team of Project Management staff to ensure successful and timely delivery Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years of program/project management experience in a SaaS post-sale environment, with proven expertise across delivery, customer implementations, and complex software onboarding programs • Strong knowledge of QA processes and methodologies, with experience implementing QA frameworks in SaaS delivery • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes • Proven expertise across project management best practices and methodologies, with the ability to tailor approach to stakeholder needs and make transformational changes to team operating procedures in a fast-paced environment • Ability to dive deep with hands-on project management while zooming out to implement strategic improvements and drive broader goals and objectives • Data-driven with experience using metrics and dashboards to monitor program health and inform decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing communication • Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Asana, or equivalent Benefits: • Work with a talented but humble team • Competitive compensation and equity • Weekly paid family meal • 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance • Flexible and Generous PTO Policy: If you feel you need a break to recharge, we encourage you to take it! • 15.5 company-paid holidays including Juneteenth, MLK Day and a 1-week company shut down • To support remote work conditions, AudioEye provides each employee a one-time stipend of $300
