Position Summary: Everyday Dose is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Growth Marketing to lead the team responsible for customer acquisition through advertising, digital experience, and lifecycle marketing. This role requires a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of the DTC ecommerce landscape, omni-channel marketing strategies, and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands through strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the teams responsible for all customer acquisition and retention, including media buying across search, social, and other digital and traditional channels, email and database marketing, and website and digital experience Oversee the company’s marketing technology infrastructure to the company is operating at an industry-leading level Manage the allocation of media budget across channels, developing measurement frameworks to optimize key performance metrics including ROI, ROAS, CAC, and LTV and meet overall business goals Lead the team responsible for the front and back end of the website and develop initiatives to improve conversion and user experience Implement retention and loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn Collaborate with the creative team to provide feedback loops for all marketing assets and continually optimize the creative development process Oversee marketing analytics, setting up infrastructure to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels (e.g., website, email, social media, paid media) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders Conduct detailed analysis of marketing campaigns to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance and conversion rates Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to understand different customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly Required Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience scaling eCommerce, DTC, and retail brands Expert understanding of the marketing technology landscape, including media buying, measurement, and database tools Hands-on experience building, scaling, and optimizing campaigns across all leading digital marketing platforms Experience managing a media budget and being responsible for decision making on spend allocation and performance
