Job Title: Graphic/Motion Designer Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid or Remote options available) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic/Motion Designer to boost the volume, variety, and effectiveness of our creative output. In this role, you’ll design high-converting visual assets across static and motion formats to support marketing campaigns, social ads, website updates, packaging, and more. You’ll work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to life with compelling design that drives performance. Key Responsibilities Create performance-driven graphic and motion assets for ads, emails, social media, website, and landing pages. Design and animate short-form video ads optimized for platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute campaign ideas. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all channels and touchpoints. Optimize creative for A/B testing and contribute to data-informed design iteration. Support packaging, print, and other brand collateral as needed. Manage multiple projects on tight timelines while maintaining high-quality execution. Stay on top of design trends, platform best practices, and tools to keep our creative fresh and effective. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design and motion design for digital marketing or DTC brands. Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work, ideally including ad creative. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma. Experience designing for paid media (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) and web environments. Ability to design for performance and brand, balancing conversion goals with aesthetics. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and animation principles. Self-starter with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills. Bonus: Experience with 3D, UGC editing, or DTC product brands.
