```html About the Role As we expand our mobile banking capabilities, we’re looking for a Product Owner who’s passionate about innovation, understands the banking industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. Responsibilities • Define and prioritize the mobile banking product roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements • Own the product backlog and write clear, actionable user stories • Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences • Monitor KPIs and user feedback to continuously improve app performance and usability • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards • Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for mobile-first solutions Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA a plus) Required Skills • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in banking or fintech • Proven experience with mobile applications and mobile banking platforms • Strong understanding of the banking industry, including digital trends and regulatory landscape • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Preferred Skills • Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment ```
