The Senior Business Intelligence Developer at ATTAIN FINANCE is responsible for helping to build and evolve a robust, scalable reporting and analytics environment while serving as a highly productive, technically advanced member of the Business Intelligence team. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to analyze complex requirements and design sustainable, well-architected data solutions, including advanced datasets, reporting models, and automation, that deliver faster, simpler, and more reliable insights across the organization. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of solutions within the ATTAIN FINANCE BI technology stack, applying industry best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Translate complex business problems into well-defined technical designs, data models, and solution approaches. Execute end-to-end analytical solutions, including requirements gathering, methodology design, data extraction, transformation, analysis, insight development, and delivery. Leverage advanced SQL techniques to extract, transform, and optimize data for enterprise-level reporting and analytics. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ATTAIN FINANCE’s business processes, source systems, data assets, and BI deliverables. Design and automate repeatable reporting and analytical processes to improve efficiency and enable self-service analytics for business partners. Identify opportunities to improve existing BI solutions through performance tuning, refactoring, and architectural enhancements. Contribute to the documentation and sharing of advanced BI techniques, standards, and reusable patterns to support consistency and long-term sustainability. Perform other assigned duties as required. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Field 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data, or risk analysis Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and performance tuning Experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake experience preferred) Experience with modern BI and analytics tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, reliable solutions High level of autonomy with a proactive, self-directed approach to work Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable, and reusable BI solutions Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 USD The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages.
