Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative at Attadale Partners, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and engaging potential customers interested in our market research consulting services. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for generating leads and setting the stage for successful client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will proactively research and identify potential clients in target industries. - You will initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate qualified leads. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies. - You will maintain accurate records of interactions and client information in the CRM system. - You will qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with Attadale’s services. - You will schedule meetings and demos for senior sales representatives. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better position our offerings. - You will contribute feedback to improve sales processes and client engagement. What You Bring: - 2+ years of experience in sales development or business-to-business (B2B) sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clients. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Basic understanding of market research concepts and consulting services. - Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
