Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative at Attadale Partners, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and engaging potential customers interested in our market research consulting services. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for generating leads and setting the stage for successful client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will research and identify potential clients who can benefit from our market research services. - You will initiate contact through calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies. - You will maintain accurate records of interactions and client information in the CRM system. - You will qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with our service offerings. - You will schedule meetings and demos for the sales team to advance the sales process. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better position our services. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness. What You Bring: - 2+ years of experience in sales development or business-to-business (B2B) sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clients. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools. - Ability to research and analyze market data to identify potential opportunities. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and excellent organizational skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
