Overview We’re growing! ATTAC is seeking an additional senior leader and Vice President for its Compliance team. This senior executive will guide our clients and our teams on a wide array of compliance, investigation and corporate integrity issues impacting plans offering government health care programs including Medicare, Medicaid and ACA programs. This is a key leadership role guiding development and delivery of ATTAC’s compliance solution offerings. The ideal candidate will have health plan experience and lead with an entrepreneurial mindset inside a dynamic, high-growth environment. This individual will have a proven track record of addressing a broad array of compliance issues, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. Company Description ATTAC Consulting Group (ACG) is a trusted partner for health plans, providers, and regulators, offering expertise in compliance, audits, and operational solutions for over 20 years. The firm specializes in navigating complex programs like Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA, and Commercial plans using regulatory knowledge, data-driven insights, and a client-focused approach. ACG delivers impactful results in areas such as revenue integrity, risk adjustment, RADV audits, and federal and state program readiness. Partnering with leading national, regional, and specialty health organizations, ACG is committed to precision, strategic action, and measurable outcomes. Position Summary The Vice President is a key member of ACG’s Executive Team, responsible for: 1. Division / Pillar Leadership: The Vice President is responsible to contribute to (along with other senior staff,) and/or establish and guide their division’s (pillar’s) strategic vision, direction, growth goals, client targets, service and product offerings, messaging and staffing compliment in order to meet the division’s revenue and profit contribution targets for the company with the goal to provide superior service to clients, differentiate ACG from its competitors and establish its division as a leader within the health care industry. (10-15% of time) 2. Business Development: The Vice President is responsible to (i) identify, conduct outreach develop and maintain relationships with key clients and develop executive / decision maker level relationships and will be a key leader in selling engagements, (ii) develop and implement new service solutions and product offerings, (iii) work with ACG’s Business Development team to engage their support in meeting sales objectives, (iv) develop and serve as key media contacts for the company, and (v) develop opportunities for ACG to present in public forums. (50% of time) 3. Engagement Management and Delivery: Working with senior members of its division (Directors, Project Managers, Senior Consultants,) the Vice President is responsible to assure (i) each engagement’s vision, scope, approach, framework and expected outcome is agreed to with the client and understood by ACG’s team, (ii) that engagement contractual agreements reflect item, (iii) services are professionally delivered and meet the expected outcomes (iv) that engagements are appropriately staffed, (v) that services are delivered on schedule and with the highest quality consistent with ACG’s presentation standards. (20-25% of time) 4. Recruiting and Staff Development: The Vice President will identify and recruit staff to meet the needs of the division to serve clients as well as identify internal candidates that can grow and to guide their acquisition of new skills, training and to mentor potential leaders who can progress to project manager, director and program managers / associate VP roles. They are responsible to assure that performance reviews and performed timely. (10% of time) 5. ACG Policy and Standard Adherence: Through monitoring and oversight, the VP will assure that ACG’s adopted policies, procedures, standards and business controls are routinely followed and applied throughout their engagement teams and take appropriate disciplinary action when those standards are not followed. (5-10% of time) The VP President serves as a member of ACG’s senior management team. Certain Divisions may have more than one VP and the functional allocation of responsibilities maybe divided between various Vice Presidents. Responsibilities: The Vice President is responsible for / to: A. Division / Pillar Leadership: 1. Development of the Division’s strategic vision related to service and product offerings and enhancements in response to industry and regulatory environments, crystalizing that vision into annual 1 and 3 year plans, with the goal to differentiate ACG within the market place and create long term recurring and non-recurring revenue streams. 2. Establish and/or contribute to annual growth and revenue targets and develop annual revenue and expense budgets that sufficiently meet ACG’s operating margin targets. 3. Develop staffing compliment plans and targets necessary to support existing and new business consulting and audit engagements. 4. Identify, evaluate and develop concepts for new service and/or product offerings of the division for presentation and adoption by the senior management team. 5. Assure that the division’s vision is shared and committed to by division staff and team members. B. Business Development: 1. Utilizing their existing and expanding network of senior and mid-level contacts with insurers, providers, government contacts, legal, actuarial, and vendor communities, continually conduct outreach to existing and new contacts to maintain and enhance visibility of ACG and its service offerings and to identify opportunities to provide services and product offerings. 2. For management approved service / product development investments, guide and oversee the development implementation, messaging and outreach / marketing of new service lines for the division. 3. Explore and develop collaboration opportunities with other industry vendors (software vendors, etc.) 4. Proposal development and presentation. 5. In collaboration with ACG’s Business Development division (i) develop sales cycle maps to support annual sales campaigns, (ii) develop messaging and offer pitches for each outreach campaign, and (iii) monitor and report on success of those campaigns. 6. Engage division staff and set goals and targets for each level of staff to conduct continual outreach and network building. (E.g. using sales / network contact activity tracking with staff.) 7. Develop media connections including print and electronic media and drive story development and serve as a spokesperson to the media. 8. Identify and develop opportunities for ACG to present at industry conferences, webinars etc.. 9. Manage and assign to staff the development of white papers (research,) newsletter topics and articles and social media post development striving for currency, relevance etc. to enhance ACG’s industry presence and reputation. C. Engagement Management and Delivery: The Vice President is ultimately responsible for engagement management and delivery for all projects for which they have oversight, with performance managed through mid-level staff, including: 1. Assuring that for each engagement undertaken by division teams, that engagement scope and deliverables are well defined in the SOW and that the vision of how the scope will executed, framework, standards and expectations for assessment and work plan and shape of the ultimate deliverable are commonly understood with the client AND ACG team before the engagement starts. 2. Resource scheduling is managed and that staff (including 1099’s) are informed of upcoming engagements and opportunities. 3. That services are professionally delivered with sufficient detail to be actionable, and deliverables meet ACG’s quality standards for accuracy and also conform to ACG branding standards. 4. That engagement teams are appropriately staffed. 5. Assuring that client updates and progress reports (accomplished, obstacles etc.) are delivered weekly. 6. That services are delivered on schedule. 7. That scope is not expanded without authorization and appropriate change orders and remuneration. D. Recruiting and Staff Development 1. Staffing plans are developed appropriately to meet strategic goals and customer engagement needs. 2. Staff development plans are memorialized in annual reviews and through identification new growth areas for staff and that mentoring is performed in order to grow ACG staff internally. 3. That performance reviews are conducted annually for employed staff. Job Requirements: · 12-15 Years of experience within the industry. · Minimum 5 years of previous experience in relevant upper-middle to upper management positions. · 3 – 5 Years of previous consulting experience strongly preferred, with a track-record that includes involvement in sales or product pitches, RFP response development, project scope development and client engagement. · Strong team and project management and client relationship management skills · Excellent strategic, analytical, communication (written and oral), organization and customer service skills · Able to work well in an collaborative and entrepreneurial setting by taking initiative, showing flexibility and being a self-starter · Ability to continuously broaden one’s skill set and industry knowledge, contribute to the consulting capabilities and articulate key business propositions to clients · Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills and ability to independently produce documents with defined period of time • Industry speaking experience preferred
