This hybrid position allows you to work both onsite and remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining high-quality service standards. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer calls, addressing sales and service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. - You will provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to help customers make informed decisions. - You will resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention. - You will document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals and improve processes. - You will maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry trends. - You will work onsite 3-4 days per week at the Evansville, IN location and remotely 1-2 days per week. - You will adhere to scheduled office hours, which operate 7 days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and technology to manage customer interactions. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. - You are reliable and able to commute to the Evansville, IN location as required.
