Role Overview: As a Customer Sales and Service Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences by assisting clients with their sales and service needs. This hybrid position allows you to work both onsite and remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining high-quality service standards. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. - You will assist customers with product sales, upgrades, and service plan selections. - You will provide accurate information about AT&T products, services, and promotions. - You will troubleshoot service problems and coordinate with technical teams as needed. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. - You will adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. - You will contribute to a positive team environment and uphold AT&T’s customer service standards. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. - Proficiency with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
