What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. - Proficiency with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
