Role Overview: As a Customer Sales and Service Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences by assisting clients with their sales and service needs. This hybrid position combines in-center and remote work, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to the team. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer calls, providing timely and accurate information about products and services. - You will assist customers with billing inquiries, service issues, and technical support. - You will identify sales opportunities and promote AT&T products and services to meet customer needs. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members and management to resolve complex customer issues. - You will adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and customer service techniques. - You will work both onsite at the Evansville, IN location and remotely, demonstrating flexibility and reliability. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer information. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. - You have the ability to commute to the Evansville, IN center 3-4 days per week.
