What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer information. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. - You have the ability to commute to the Evansville, IN center 3-4 days per week.
