What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing remote and in-person responsibilities. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and CRM software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with telecommunications products and services. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish and English. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales environment. - Familiarity with AT&T’s product portfolio.
