Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to engage with customers both remotely and in-person, helping them find the best solutions to meet their communication needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers via phone and digital channels to promote AT&T products and services. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to maximize satisfaction and sales. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential improvements. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing remote and in-person responsibilities. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and CRM software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with telecommunications products and services. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish and English. - Previous experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Familiarity with AT&T’s product offerings.
