Role Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This hybrid position requires you to work both onsite and remotely, engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers via phone to promote and sell AT&T products and services. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently. - You will provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. - You will adapt to a hybrid work schedule, working onsite 3-4 days per week and remotely 1-2 days per week. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment. - You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. - You bring strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You bring the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting. - You bring proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
