What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers via phone to understand their needs and offer tailored AT&T products and services. - You will meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits and promotions. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. - You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities. - You have basic computer skills and experience using CRM software or similar tools. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer interactions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in telecommunications sales or related industries. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish and English, to better serve the Miami community. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Familiarity with AT&T products and services.
