Job Description What You Will Do • Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between. • Coach, train, and motivate front desk associates—you're the team’s go-to guru. • Handle guest concerns with grace, urgency, and a can-do attitude that sets the tone. • Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand and safety standards. • Jump in wherever needed—whether that’s answering phones, updating the reader board, or helping with VIP arrivals.
