Overview The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) is responsible for the successful onboarding and deployment of Atrium Campus solutions. This role owns the end-to-end implementation lifecycle and serves as the primary point of contact for clients from sales handoff through go-live. The IPM works closely with the Sales Team, Subject Matter Experts, Engineering, Product, Trainers, and the AtriumCare Team to ensure implementations are delivered on time, clients achieve value quickly, and the transition from implementation to support is smooth and confidence-building. As a trusted advisor, the IPM sets the tone for Atrium’s values throughout the onboarding experience and ensures clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their decision to partner with Atrium. Successful Implementation Project Managers create confidence for clients and enable strong collaboration across internal teams by consistently leading with empathy, warmth, and professionalism—especially during complex or high-pressure moments. Core Responsibilities Live by and champion Atrium’s values: #clientjoy, #teamspirit, #enthusiasm, #initiative, and #gratitude. Manage multiple concurrent implementations from kickoff through go-live. Serve as the primary client-facing lead during onboarding, setting expectations and driving accountability. Lead requirements gathering and define project scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies. Develop and maintain formal project plans using sales handoff documentation and client inputs. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver implementation outcomes. Facilitate kickoff meetings, recurring status meetings, and partner touchpoints. Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively drive escalation and resolution as needed. Maintain meeting notes, action items, and project status in Zoho for client and internal visibility. Ensure configurations, testing, and deliverables meet Atrium standards and readiness criteria. Validate launch readiness and support go-live activities. Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Send post-implementation satisfaction surveys and contribute feedback for continuous improvement. Perform other related duties as assigned. Project Types Supported Implementation Project Managers may support one or more of the following, depending on client scope and business needs: Core Atrium platform implementations Mobile credential implementations Physical card production projects Meal Plan Portal implementations Success Clients feel confident in choosing Atrium. Clients feel supported and at ease throughout the implementation process from Sales to Support. Projects are delivered on time and within scope. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all implementations. Requirements 3–5 years of project management or related experience. Strong track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Professional project management certification (PMP or similar) strongly desired.
