Your Role: As a Commissioned Sales Ambassador, you will assist customers, manage high foot traffic, and promote sales. Your role is to offer excellent customer experiences while achieving sales goals. Who We're Looking For: • Individuals with a deep-rooted passion for the outdoors and an engaging personality. • Experience in retail sales (1-3 years) with a knack for meeting and exceeding targets. • A commitment to excellent service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stand on your feet for extended periods. • The flexibility to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and overtime, with reliable transportation to and from DIA. Position Availability: • Part-Time: 10-30 hours/week • Full-Time: 30-40 hours/week • Note: Willingness to work up to 2 holidays, including major holidays, is required. DIA Kiosk Compensation: • Hourly Wage: $18.81-$20.00/hour • Performance based bonus: 4% on all sales over $400 in net sales, 7% on all sales over $700 in net sales when bonus criteria is met! Top performers can earn an average of approx $30 an hour and UP!
