Job Summary We need a marketing assistant who can focus on 2-3 high-impact activities that will immediately boost our sales. This role is perfect for someone who understands car culture and can execute simple but effective marketing tactics. You'll work directly with the executive team and focus on the basics that actually drive revenue. Primary Responsibilities (pick 2-3 that will be highest impact): Content Creation & Social Media : • Write and schedule 3-5 Instagram/Facebook posts per week with engaging captions • Create simple content ideas we can easily execute (photos we should take, topics to cover) • Engage with comments and DMs in an authentic way that builds relationships • Research and use relevant hashtags and automotive trends Email Marketing & Customer Retention: • Set up and manage abandoned cart email sequences • Write monthly newsletters showcasing new products and customer builds • Create simple email campaigns for promotions and new product launches • Segment email lists and track open/click rates Community Engagement & Research: • Find and participate in relevant car/EV communities on Reddit and Facebook • Share helpful advice and naturally mention our products when appropriate • Research what competitors are doing and report back with actionable insights • Track which marketing efforts are actually bringing in sales What Success Looks Like • Month 1: Consistent social media posting, abandoned cart emails working, active in 2-3 car communities • Month 3: Growing Instagram following, improved email open rates, generating leads from community engagement • Month 6: Clear ROI from social media and email marketing efforts Required Qualifications: • 1-2 years of social media or digital marketing experience • Genuine interest in cars, EVs, or automotive culture (this is crucial!) • Strong English writing skills for social media and email content • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing tools • Self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision • Available during some US business hours for communication Preferred Qualifications: • Personal experience with car modifications or EV ownership • Familiarity with Shopify, Mailchimp, or similar tools • Basic understanding of automotive forums and Reddit What We're NOT Looking For: • Someone who needs to create all the visual content themselves (though being able to tell us what to take pictures of/make is a plus!) • A graphic designer (though having the skills is a plus!) • Someone who wants to manage complex multi-platform advertising campaigns (In time you can grow with the company to do this if you want!) • A social media manager who just posts content without strategic thinking What We Offer • Completely remote work - work from anywhere • Direct mentorship from the executives • Opportunity to grow with a startup in the automotive space • Performance bonuses based on measurable results Application Process Please submit: • Your resume highlighting relevant automotive/enthusiast marketing experience • Examples of social media content or campaigns you've created that drove real business results • A brief strategy outline: "If I started at Atomic Wheels tomorrow, here are the first 3 things I'd focus on and why" About Us Atomic Wheels specializes in premium fully forged wheels for electric vehicles and performance cars.
