Design and implement delivery systems to ensure timely and clear product releases, maintaining visibility and alignment across teams.
2-4 years of experience in coordinating product, design, and engineering teams, with strong communication skills and technical fluency in software development and shipping processes.
Company Overview Our client is a remote-first education company built on a simple idea: real results come from strong thinking — not shortcuts, gimmicks, or memorization. What began as high-touch, one-on-one instruction has grown into a digital learning platform with a flagship product already in market. Now, the company is entering its next phase: expanding into multiple courses, shared infrastructure, and parallel product development — while keeping quality and clarity high. They’re a small, lean team that values clear reasoning, strong writing, and ownership. As the product surface area grows, they’re intentionally investing in better delivery systems so the team can scale without chaos. Your Role As the Technical Project Manager, you’ll be the person who brings structure, visibility, and predictability to how products get built and shipped. Right now, there’s no single owner of roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, or delivery visibility. Work gets done — but not always on a clear plan or shared system. This role exists to change that. You’ll design and run the delivery system that connects product ideas to real releases. That means making sure work is ready before development starts, priorities are explicit, and progress is easy to understand without constant check-ins. What You’ll Do Roadmap Planning – Build and maintain clear product and release roadmaps Timeline & Dependency Tracking – Define sequencing, timelines, and blockers across teams Delivery Coordination – Keep design, product, and engineering aligned through each phase Readiness Checks – Make sure designs and PRDs are complete before development starts Progress Visibility – Create dashboards that show status, ownership, and risks at a glance Documentation & Systems – Turn scattered docs into a single, usable source of truth Release Support – Help teams plan, prepare, and ship releases on schedule What We Care About Most Clarity over noise – You make complexity understandable High ownership – You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks Practical systems – You build tools people actually use Strong writing – Your docs reduce questions instead of creating them Bias toward execution – Plans exist to ship, not to look nice You Bring 2–4 years experience coordinating across product, design, and engineering Experience building roadmaps, timelines, or delivery systems Strong written communication and documentation skills Technical fluency in how software products are built and shipped Comfort creating structure from ambiguity A builder mindset focused on outputs, not meetings Curiosity about AI tools and workflow automation Bonus Points Background in product ops, program management, or delivery roles Examples of dashboards or operating systems you’ve built Experience supporting multi-product or platform teams Comfort working async with distributed teams What’s Offered Fully remote, contractor engagement LATAM-based candidates preferred Competitive USD compensation (based on experience) High-trust, low-ceremony working environment Direct collaboration with founders and senior leaders Opportunity to define delivery systems used company-wide Interview Process 1️⃣ Application review 2️⃣ Short personalty test assessment 3️⃣ Recruiter discovery call 4️⃣ Practical technical & writing exercise 5️⃣ Interview with Director of Operations 6️⃣ Final conversation with Founder
