🏢 About the Role A performance-driven digital marketing agency is hiring a Client-Facing Account Strategist to own and grow relationships with eCommerce brands. This role is centered on owning client success at a strategic level — leading performance conversations, guiding full-funnel direction, and keeping internal teams aligned around the right priorities. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, translating performance data into clear insights and next steps for clients, while ensuring internal execution stays focused and effective. This is a remote, contractor role, paid in USD, with compensation based on experience and scope. 🌍 About the Agency This agency partners with ambitious eCommerce brands to drive growth through creative strategy, paid media, and conversion rate optimization. Their approach blends strategic thinking, sharp creative, and disciplined execution — with a strong focus on clarity, ownership, and measurable results. The team is fully remote and globally distributed, working closely with U.S.-based clients. 🛠 What You’ll Do You’ll be the strategic and relational owner for your accounts, ensuring clients feel confident, informed, and aligned — while internal teams have clear direction.
