Founded in 2017, they combine web design, paid media, social, and SEO to help clients drive growth and occupancy. The team of eight collaborates remotely with a steady, fast-paced rhythm shaped by seasonal campaign cycles and hands-on client delivery. 📝 About the Role You’ll serve as the primary relationship owner for ~25–30 clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate delivery, and proactive account health. Success means clear coordination across internal teams and visible client satisfaction that leads to retention and renewals. 🛠 What You’ll Do Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, responding to emails and requests within 24 hours Lead regular client meetings and share campaign insights Translate goals into clear tasks for internal specialists Review and proof deliverables before sending to clients Track client budgets and report performance monthly and identify risks and opportunities for account growth Keep Asana and reporting tools up to date and visible ✅ What we’re looking for 3–5 years of agency account management experience Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and websites Strong written and verbal English communication skills Proven ability to manage 20+ concurrent clients or projects Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organization and follow-through Confidence presenting to decision-makers and guiding next steps Collaborative energy with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally 🌟 Bonus Points Experience in multifamily or property marketing Hands-on use of WordPress or Sprout Social Comfort with analytics dashboards (e.g., Agency Analytics) Prior U.S. agency experience 💰What You’ll Get Fully remote role (40 hours/week) with flexible U.S. MST overlap Competitive USD compensation ($30,000–50,000/year, based on experience) Contractor role with 2 weeks PTO + 11 paid holidays Clear growth path toward larger portfolios and process leadership Supportive, close-knit team and organized systems 💼 Interview Process: 1️⃣ Strengths assessment – brief online test on work style and collaboration 2️⃣ Intro call with Atomic – 30–40 minutes to review role and background 3️⃣ Video responses – short recordings about your client approach 4️⃣ Client interviews – conversations with leadership and Lead Account Manager
