What You’ll Do Master the founders’ calendars and inboxes, keeping them focused on what matters most Schedule meetings and coordinate across time zones like a pro Track deadlines, follow-ups, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks Use tools like Superhuman, Airtable, and Zapier to create smooth, automated workflows Book travel, send thoughtful gifts, track habits, and handle personal support tasks Spot inefficiencies and make processes better, you’ll have real influence here! What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives. Highly organized – You keep track of multiple priorities without letting things slip through the cracks. Tech-savvy – Comfortable with productivity tools like Superhuman, Acuity, Airtable, and Zapier. Strong English skills – You can write professional emails and documents without AI assistance. Independent and proactive – You take initiative and figure out what needs to be done without constant direction. Adaptable – You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. Remote work experience – You’ve successfully worked in a remote role before and can stay productive without direct supervision.
