Fractional / Embedded Recruiter (Multi-Role, End-to-End) We’re a fast-moving content consulting company hiring across multiple functions (creative, sales, technical, and operations). We’re looking for a fractional or embedded recruiter who can plug into our team and own the recruiting process end-to-end — from sourcing to vetted shortlists to offer support. This is not a “post a job and pray” role. We need someone who can proactively source, outreach, screen, and keep a hiring pipeline organized across several open roles at once. What You’ll Be Responsible ForEnd-to-End Hiring Ownership • Own hiring across multiple roles simultaneously • Manage pipelines and provide weekly progress updates • Keep recruiting organized, moving, and transparent Sourcing & Outreach • Build and execute role-specific sourcing strategies • LinkedIn • Communities • Referrals • Outbound sourcing • Handle candidate outreach and follow-ups • Consistent volume • Clear, clean messaging • Proper tracking Screening & Vetting • Initial screening calls • Structured scorecards • Portfolio reviews (where relevant) • Coordinate technical screens / assessments (for developers) • Role-play or KPI validation (for appointment setters) • Reference checks when appropriate Shortlist Delivery • Deliver qualified, vetted candidates with: • Clear notes • Strengths / risks • Hiring recommendations • Send top 3–5 candidates per role, not 30 random resumes Interview Coordination • Scheduling support • Keeping candidates warm • Reducing candidate drop-off Offer Support • Align compensation expectations early • Support closing candidates • Prevent last-minute surprises Roles You’ll Recruit For You will be responsible for finding and vetting candidates for: • In-Person Personal Assistant (PA) • Graphic Designer • Video Editor • Appointment Setter • Full Stack Developer • Videographer • Customer Support • Operator / Ops (Integrator-style role) What “Good” Looks Like • You run recruiting like an operator: • Clear process • Clear metrics • Clear communication • You deliver consistent pipeline updates and don’t disappear • You understand the difference between: • “Someone who can do the job” • “Someone who fits a high-performance team” • You can recruit across creative, technical, sales, and ops roles without getting lost Preferred Experience (Nice to Have) • Experience hiring inside: • Consulting firms • Marketing or creative agencies • Creator-economy businesses • Startups • Strong at outbound sourcing, not just inbound applicants • A system for candidate tracking (ATS, Notion, Airtable, etc.) • Ability to evaluate: • Creative portfolios (design / video) • Sales ability (appointment setters) • Engineering competency (full stack) • Ops competency (operator / integrator roles) Engagement & Working Style • Fractional or embedded • Part-time or full-time depending on output and hiring volume • Remote-friendly • Some roles are location-dependent (PA, videographer) • Work closely with leadership to: • Prioritize roles • Define scorecards • Move quickly Job Type: Contract Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month Benefits: • Flexible schedule Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Location: • Remote (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
