We’re hiring a detail-oriented Implementation Project Manager to lead and execute customer implementation projects for our SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone with experience in project management, customer onboarding, or SaaS implementation who thrives in a hands-on role and ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to execute pre-defined service offerings that drive successful deployments. You will manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure that customers achieve key milestones. Responsibilities What You'll Do Project Management: Lead and manage multiple complex, high-stakes SaaS implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery. Technical Integration: Oversee the integration of SaaS solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing expert guidance throughout the implementation process. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Sales, to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that arise. Your Background 5+ years of experience within SaaS companies or similar product organizations or technology consulting firms with a focus on technical integrations. Track record in managing large-scale projects and programs. 5+ years in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Success customer-facing roles. Experience managing client relationships and delivering successful project outcomes. Atlassian Expertise: Proven experience with implementing Atlassian products and solutions. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, integration methods, and security considerations. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor project teams. PMP Certification, Agile Certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner), or similar: credential required. It’s nice if you have Current Atlassian Certifications are a plus. You're fluent in English, but it would be nice to have a second language, such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese, for business communication. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $156,600 - $204,450 Zone B: $141,300 - $184,475 Zone C: $130,500 - $170,375 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
