Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.You will be joining the Data Center Revenue team within the FP&A function. The team is dedicated to leading revenue forecasting and reporting in alignment with strategic initiatives.Support financial deliverables related to close, forecasting, and planning for the Data Center business and Cloud migration initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop migration strategies and plansAnalyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and optimize migration processesMonitor and report on migration progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risksMinimum QualificationsAt least 5 years experience in finance, with the majority in financial planning and analysis in tech, consulting or bankingStrong financial modeling skills and an understanding of business metricsDemonstrated experience drawing upon insights to tell a compelling story using dataExperience engaging and providing financial support to senior business partnersStrong critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skillsExperience working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environmentA curiosity to learn and the initiative to act Preferred QualificationsTechnology or Software / SaaS industry experience, great to have marketplace business experienceExperience with topline forecasting in techExperience working with Sales and Revenue Accounting teamsExperience working with a variety of planning tools, finance systems, and BI tools (eg Anaplan, SQL)Hold a degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance or related fieldCompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $113,400 - $148,050Zone B: $102,600 - $133,950Zone C: $94,500 - $123,375This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
