Responsibilities • Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners on compensation strategy and decisions • Conduct market analysis and insights for new and existing roles specific to the GTM org • Support recruiters with complex offer creation • Compile analytics for new or existing compensation programs • Partner with GTM HRBP and GTM Business leaders to distribute annual salary budgets & manage equity pool usage • Coach managers on compensation decisions and communication, in partnership with HR Busines Partners • Perform analysis on the efficiency and competitiveness of comp programs, sales mix structure and model potential impact of alternatives • Support annual compensation planning activities, including data prep, auditing and reporting out on key findings • Utilize business knowledge and sales compensation expertise to perform root cause analysis and determine creative solutions • Partner and collaborate with other HR Centers of Excellence (talent, Acquisition, Benefits, HR Business partner) to drive solutions that support Business Strategy • Contribute to developing and deliver training to People team, partners and the business. Provide continuous education to partners as well. Qualifications • 8+ years of forward-thinking experience in compensation, finance or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and fast-growing technology company best practices. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or an emphasis on Human Resources preferred • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, decision-making, and planning skills. • Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets • Strong sales comp experience • Experience developing and rolling out scalable processes with the ability to be very detail oriented, while also aligning with big picture • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and a track record for executing and auditing work • Ability to gain alignment and represent a common point of view across multiple partners • On top of current compensation and total rewards trends; creative thinker who can apply experience but also think outside of the box • Workday experience preferred Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: USD 180900 - USD 236175 Zone B: USD 162900 - USD 212675 Zone C: USD 150300 - USD 196225 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
