This highly visible role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in Sales operations and strategic planning. You should be familiar with SaaS go-to-market framework and have experience engaging with C-level executives and GMs. On the Sales Analytics team, we love solving chunky business problems. Responsibilities Data-Driven Change: Embrace complexity in data to drive impactful business decisions and tackle challenging problems creatively. Project Contribution: Engage in change management and go-to-market initiatives, identifying root causes and executing projects to enhance customer metrics. Strategic Analysis: Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to inform go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth. Innovative Solutions: Identify opportunities for improvement and drive cross-functional change. Insight Generation: Transition seamlessly from high-level strategies to detailed analyses that support executive decision-making. Cross-Functional Influence: Build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels, fostering collaboration to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications A strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small. Expertise in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other analytics tools An owner mentality: You take pride in your work and view what you do as a part-owner and builder of Atlassian. Analytics skills and the ability to mentor individuals on the best way to approach complex problems: You know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions to take based upon the results. Deft ability to communicate data into relevant insight: You know how to create compelling presentations and can lead executives through data deep-dives. You love partnering: You get that an organization is made up of very different parts. You relish influencing other teams and co-piloting cross-team initiatives. Process improvement knowhow: Continuous improvement is in your DNA. You can enhance business processes from the diagnosis to documentation to execution. Ability and desire to cover the range of activities from C-level presentations to hands-on, data deep-dives. Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $149,000 - $198,700 Zone B: $134,100 - $178,800 Zone C: $123,700 - $164,900 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
