Role Overview: We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager with extensive signage industry experience to oversee the full project cycle of high-impact signage programs. From the initial concept to the final installation, you'll be responsible for ensuring each project is executed seamlessly—on time, on budget, and up to the highest standards. This role offers flexibility for remote or on-site work, depending on your experience and location. Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple signage projects at various stages simultaneously across a diverse client base • Build project schedules, oversee budgets, and ensure milestone delivery • Liaise daily with internal departments—design, fabrication, production, and install teams—to keep workflow smooth • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication and resolving issues as they arise • Coordinate with outside vendors and subcontractors for material procurement and site readiness • Conduct site assessments and align installation planning with design intent and field conditions • Maintain project accuracy from sales handoff through final invoicing • Interpret and manage both program-based pricing structures and custom project estimates • Assist the Director of Project Management with implementing strategic initiatives What You Bring: • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial signage project management (required) • Strong understanding of signage systems, production processes, and installation best practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Smartsheet, and ERP systems (Made2Manage/M2M preferred) • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and client communication skills • Ability to manage high-volume, complex projects under tight deadlines • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working remotely or on location What We Offer: • Competitive salary based on experience • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid holidays and flexible PTO • Career growth opportunities within a reputable national signage company • Employee referral bonuses • Life insurance coverage Schedule: Standard 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday Work Location: Remote or on-site (based on experience and company needs) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
