Position Overview Join a rapidly growing investment organization where technology is playing an increasingly important role in scaling the business. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity for a Full Stack Developer who wants broad ownership, direct exposure to senior technology leadership, and the ability to influence how internal platforms evolve. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of software development experience. - Strong Python and Django experience. - React and full stack development background. - Experience building platforms or applications with APIs and multiple internal and external system integrations. - DevOps and CI/CD experience. - AWS exposure. - GitHub / Git-based repository workflows. - Experience with Python async programming and threading. - Comfortable wearing multiple hats and handling ad hoc needs, ideally from a smaller or entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities - Build and enhance Python/Django and React applications. - Develop APIs and internal/external system integrations. - Support CI/CD, deployments, and AWS environments. - Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance. - Take ownership across development, DevOps, and evolving technical priorities as the organization scales.
