Serve as first point of contact for visitors, answer and direct calls, schedule meetings, process paperwork, and provide general clerical support.
Requires 2+ years of reception/administrative experience, a bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, and preferably financial services experience.
Our client is a well-regarded hedge fund in NYC. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office and acts as the company's ambassador. There will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). Responsibilities: • Answer and direct phone calls • Process paperwork • Responsible for scheduling meetings • Act as first point of contact for visitors • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Qualifications: • 2+ years of reception/administrative experience • Bachelor's Degree is required. • Financial Services experience is a plus • Ability to maintain a positive attitude • Excellent communication skills The annual base salary range is $60,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
