Atlas Restaurant Group is looking for a bold, visionary, and results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to build our brand, tell our story, and drive guest engagement across 50+ restaurants and 40+ unique concepts. From show-stopping fine dining to neighborhood favorites that feel like home, your work will define how guests discover, experience, and remember Atlas.   What You’ll Do * Lead with impact – Build and execute portfolio-wide digital marketing strategies that drive revenue, grow guest loyalty, and keep Atlas Restaurant Group at the top of every must-visit list. * Own the digital ecosystem – Oversee and evolve our full digital presence across websites, social media, email, paid media, and content creation—ensuring campaigns are creative, on-brand, data-driven, and conversion-focused. * Scale Atlas Rewards – Lead strategy and execution for our loyalty and CRM initiatives, using guest data, lifecycle marketing, and personalization to increase visit frequency and lifetime value. * Drive performance – Set KPIs, manage budgets, and measure ROI across all digital channels. Test, optimize, and refine campaigns to maximize traffic, engagement, and revenue. * Build and inspire leaders – Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. * Collaborate across the business – Partner closely with Operations, Culinary, Design, HR, and Restaurant Leadership to create seamless, best-in-class guest experiences across a diverse restaurant portfolio. * Create systems at scale – Develop toolkits, playbooks, and processes that allow multiple brands to maintain individuality while benefiting from centralized digital best practices. * Stay ahead of what’s next – Bring forward-thinking ideas, platforms, and technologies to Atlas, ensuring we remain innovative in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.   What We’re Looking For * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. * 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 4+ years leading a team. * A proven record of creating and executing high-impact, integrated campaigns. * Strong digital marketing expertise (social, web, email, paid media, analytics). * Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Hospitality or restaurant industry experience?
