We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to lead and support a key organizational initiative on a temporary basis. This role will be responsible for coordinating HR programs, driving project execution, and ensuring that people-related strategies are fully integrated into the broader business plan. The position requires a balance of project management expertise, HR knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to successfully guide the project through its early phases. Responsibilities Project Management & Execution • Oversee HR-related project workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables. • Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure accountability across stakeholders. HR Program Support • Collaborate with HR functional areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Business Partners. • Provide guidance on HR processes and ensure consistency across teams. • Contribute subject matter expertise to support organizational design and workforce planning. Communication & Reporting • Consolidate updates from multiple workstreams into clear reports and presentations. • Deliver regular updates to HR leadership and project stakeholders. • Serve as a central point of contact for HR project information. Change & Stakeholder Engagement • Support communication strategies to ensure stakeholders understand upcoming changes. • Build strong working relationships with HR and business leaders across regions. • Facilitate adoption of new processes, structures, and ways of working. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus. • 5+ years of HR, project management, or HR program management experience. • Strong knowledge of HR practices with proven ability to coordinate across multiple functions. • Solid project management background, including planning, issue resolution, and governance. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels. • Experience with global HR initiatives or shared services implementations is highly desirable. • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities. #INDBOS Job Type: Contract Pay: $130.00 - $133.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
