Full Description

Attention motivated individuals, we are looking to hire a clerical assistant to join our growing company and team! Job responsibilities and qualifications include but are not limited to: 1. Customer Service administration : a. Our clients need to be contacted to address any service concerns they have with us or we have with them. b. Clients may need to be proactively contacted to address outstanding balances 2. HR administration: a. Onboarding new employees, ensuring that all pre-interview and post hiring documentation is properly obtained and filed b. Medical insurance setups and modifications need to be updated 3. Permit administration:      a. All of our service trucks need to be properly registered on an annual or bi-annual basis, titled and tagged and insured. b. Employees need to insured for their tasks such as driving. c. Clients require certificates of insurance that need to be kept updated annually. 4. Office supply administration a. Maintain inventory of office supplies including kitchen break room supplies and restock in time 5. Billing administration     a. Assist scheduler in billing all completed services to customers and issuing statements as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: • Permit Administration: 1 year (Preferred) • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required) • Customer Service: 2 years (Required) • HR Administration: 2 years (Required) • Microsoft Outlook: 1 year (Required) Language: • English (Required) • Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Baltimore, MD 21226: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
