Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, supporting the overall guest experience. Duties • Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment • Clear tables promptly and reset them for new guests • Assist with food preparation and service as needed, including basic plating and garnishing • Support banquet and catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations through regular cleaning routines • Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards Skills • Experience in bussing, food preparation, or restaurant service is preferred • Knowledge of food handling, cleaning protocols, and safety standards in hospitality settings • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail • Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude • Previous experience in banquet, catering, or hotel environments is a plus • Familiarity with culinary processes or kitchen operations is advantageous • Excellent communication skills and reliability in fulfilling assigned duties This position provides an excellent entry point into the hospitality industry for individuals passionate about food service and guest satisfaction.
