Overview As the The Project Coordinator – Real Estate, you will provide coordination and operational support to the ‘Transactions & Portfolio Management’ and ‘Strategy & Analytics’ teams. This role enables ATI’s growth strategy by maintaining disciplined pipeline tracking, accurate data systems, and organized documentation to support real estate investment decisions and deal activities. This is a remote position supporting ATI Physical Therapy's nationwide footprint. Responsibilities Procurement of materials and services to support departmental business objectives: Source qualified vendors and procure materials and services to support functional work. Manage the Purchase Order and Invoicing work streams. Oversee vendor efforts: Manage and coordinate efforts by vendors and cross-functional business partners to obtain jurisdictional approvals where required. Track and report on vendor KPI’s and make recommendations for improvement. Ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met and identify and report on risks. Cross functional capital budget auditing and expense management: Department and project budgeting activities and documentation. Reconcile accruals and prepare quarterly forecasts. Perform cross-functional capital and facilities spend auditing. Create budget documents and presentations. Ensures team compliance with company policies and budgets. Manage data and technology platforms for Facilities and Real Estate related systems: Develop protocols, reports, and dashboards to organize and communicate critical data to support the successful execution of real estate and construction activity. Manage data integrity and access of multiple technology platforms. Implementation and maintenance of cross-functional processes: Implement and maintain critical processes to ensure stakeholders are educated and accountable to established standards and SLA’s. Monitor and facilitate key work streams to support successful, on-time completion of projects and related tasks. General administrative duties include, but are not limited to: Administration of calendar for department leaders. Booking travel for team and associated expense processing. Normal office tasks, distributing correspondence, and printing documents as needed. Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and correspondence as assigned. Attend meetings to document discussions and outcomes. Qualifications Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree in business, construction, real estate, or related discipline. Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of facilities or construction coordination or related experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Excellent communicator, accurate, accountable, and collaborative team player. A demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work and deliver results. Excellent interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with facilities or project management software. Strong personal initiative with limited need for close supervision. Ability to handle multiple, sometimes competing priorities. Ability to manage time and priorities effectively. Refined interpersonal skills; and ability to build relationships and trust with business leaders. Strong follow-through and adaptability to changing circumstances; operates with a strong sense of urgency. Solid problem solving and analytical skills. Virtual Employee?
