Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter Location: Remote Reports To: HR Director Direct Reports: None Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: None Last Update: Jan 2026 Job Overview: Athletic Training Solutions (ATS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist / Recruiter to own the full cycle recruiting process. Candidates with experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment are wanted! Experience in healthcare, construction, safety, etc. environments is a plus! This position is highly process-driven and execution-focused, responsible for managing day-to-day recruiting activities across assigned requisitions while ensuring continuity, compliance, and a strong candidate experience. The TA Specialist will operate independently while following established SOPs, workflows, and timelines. Primary Responsibility: Full-Cycle Recruiting • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. • Manage assigned requisitions from intake, job posting, and through offer acceptance following ATS recruiting SOPs • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments aligned with role-specific criteria • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with hiring managers and candidates • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within designated recruiting trackers • Facilitate offer approvals and extend offers in collaboration with HR and leadership • Ensure positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Sourcing & Pipeline Management • Source candidates using approved platforms, databases, and outreach templates • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs • Execute job postings, campaign blasts, and targeted outreach per SOP • Track sourcing activity, response rates, and candidate progress Administrative & Process Support • Maintain organized recruiting documentation, templates, and candidate notes • Track recruiting metrics (screens, interviews, offers, time-to-fill) • Support compliance with hiring practices, documentation standards, and internal controls • Identify process gaps or bottlenecks and flag them to TA leadership Collaboration & Communication • Partner with hiring managers to support timely hiring decisions • Provide regular recruiting status updates and transition notes to internal teams • Participate in scheduled meetings • Escalate issues appropriately using defined communication paths Qualifications: • 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (required) • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail • Ability to follow documented processes and work independently • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Professional discretion when handling sensitive candidate and company information Preferred Qualifications: • Experience recruiting healthcare, construction, industrial, or clinical roles • Experience recruiting for a multi-state operation/company Working Conditions: This role will be performed remotely, likely sitting for long periods of time.
