Job Description : The Senior Transportation and Logistics Planning Consultant leads Logistics transformation projects. This role is responsible for solution design including end-to-end design, integrations, data for Logistics Planning. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and 7 or more years of related work experience and responsibilities delivering projects in Transportation and Logistics domain • In Depth functional / domain expertise and hands on experiences in configurations, training, customer communications and documentations • Prior experience in Modelling Logistics Network is a must • Experienced in designing solution across all modes of Transportation i.e. Truck Load, Less Than Truck Load, Ocean, Air and Parcel, FCL, LCL • Experienced in Domestic and International Logistics Networks • Led and managed minimum 2-3 full lifecycle TMS or Transportation Planning implementations in large and complex environment Responsibilities • Gather Business requirements • Analyze and transform to application requirements • Perform Fit-Gap Analysis • Lead Functional Design approval process • Document aThingz Platform configuration requirements, business rules • Configure, Model, Transportation Plans in aThingz Planning Platform • Strong interaction with functional and techno functional work streams • Subject matter in the following Transportation areas: • Order Management • Planning • Execution • Visibility • Dock Scheduling & Appointments • Shipping • Knowledge of other Transportation Solutions such as Oracle, SAP etc • Systems / Data integration experience is a plus To apply - Send Resume to recruiter@athingz.com
