Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Conduct warm calling to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing client interactions, and reporting on account performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet market demands. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning. Lead initiatives that promote business development and expand market presence. Provide regular updates on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Requirements Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the technology sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. A proactive approach to business development and market analysis. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A passion for technology and staying current with industry trends is highly desirable.
