We are looking for a bright, energetic, and highly organized Office Manager to support our NY office.This job is the ultimate “get stuff done” job and the successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, with an opportunity to quickly establish their value by taking on responsibility for managing various administrative (finance, events) support details necessary to keep the office running such as:Managing day-to-day administrative activities and office operations including food and other supply orders, cleaning services, deliveries, etc.Build and coordinate employee engagement activities that foster an authentic, inclusive, and connected workplace cultureServe as a go-to resource for employees on all things related to the officeManage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.Reserve flights & hotels and conduct travel reports.Support management and company events.Manage scheduling needs for the NY team, including booking meeting rooms, maintaining team calendars, and coordinating visits from HQ or partners.Manage all logistical and administrative aspects of conferences, tradeshows & branded events.Available to work onsite from our NYC office.
